The current regulations will be reviewed as necessary, as and when regional amendments are announced.
Suspension of Face to Face Counselling
RESTORE Wellbeing was established with a vision to sustain its services regardless of the level of lockdown.
Throughout restrictions we will continue to accept new referrals, but we ask for your patience as we respond to demand for our services.
Due to the latest restrictions caused by the Coronavirus outbreak we have temporarily suspended face to face counselling.
However, our counsellors are continuing to provide support by telephone or Zoom.
Face to Face Counselling
Returning to providing face to face counselling continues to be our hope but, unfortunately at present, we feel that current legislation does not permit this. We plan to resume limited face to face counselling in the Mid Ulster area, under the mandatory restrictions and standards to keep our clients, counsellors and staff safe as the pandemic continues.
Until then, we will ensure our existing clients are kept informed of any changes as the situation progresses and restrictions are updated.
An updated Covid 19 risk assessment and management plan will be completed on any venue utilised for face to face counselling.
Messages can be left on our answering service and we will get back to you. If you are feeling vulnerable you can also contact the helplines below:
