RESTORE Wellbeing aspires to benefit the community by enhancing wellbeing in individuals by offering professional standard, affordable counselling and a range of wrap around support services to adults in Mid Ulster and the surrounding areas.

RESTORE Wellbeing currently offers a confidential individual counselling service via Zoom or telephone for adults.

We offer compassionate, non-judgemental and confidential counselling.

RESTORE Wellbeing also provides a range of guided self-help groups and offers educational programmes to raise awareness of the impact of impaired mental wellbeing on individuals and the community.
